I am very inspired by 1930s glamour and 1940s film noir. 1930s & 1940s women’s vintage is hard to find, especially for a 6’3” gender queer like moi! My main inspiration (for years now) is Marlene Dietrich, specifically her style in the first half of the 1930s while she was working with director Josef von Sternberg. Currently obsessed with the aesthetic look of Ken Russell’s The Devils and The Boy Friend, both from 1971 as well as 1940s Lauren Bacall.”
