like one of the beautiful things about this film is that it was this little sundance hit that just snowballed into this critically acclaimed masterpiece. and timothee was just a small time actor enamoured by this hollywood superstar playing a horny boy enamoured by this adonis academic. and like now he’s become this breakthrough heartthrob and whilst i have no doubt he will find it easy to return to elio things will be different. but then that is the crux of the book, that people change but they also stay the same. the meaning of the river flowing……

ok but on a serious note can u please explain why people on here hate timothee chalamet so much because i’m trying to get it but I can’t quite grasp why it’s such an intense dislike??? he seems nice and talented enough to me? like I know it’s not a big deal but I feel left out because I don’t like… hate the mans guts lmao

i dunno are there real Haters haters out there? people like to take the piss cos he is cringy as fuck but i don’t think people really hate him? i guess when people love someone as much as a lot of people love tim tam there’s also gonna be people who hate him too . but yes i agree he has literally never done anything wrong in his life
